00009213 This position will support the daily operations of Elk Hills through the installation, programming, start-up and maintenance of automation and process control equipment.
This position will support all types of production activity including well controllers, measurement facilities, separation facilities, LACT units, well testers, and injection facilities, natural gas collection systems, gas compressors, and gas plant processing equipment.
Successful applicant will work closely with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, Reservoir Management, and Information Technology Groups.
Thoroughness and attention to detail are required as a significant amount of time will be spent working with complex PLC programs and advanced process control systems.
Will be subject to overtime and call-out work as needed.
Other tasks may also be assigned to support operations as necessary.
