Contracts Manager - Surgical (Bakersfield,CA) - Bausch + Lomb (Bakersfield, CA)
Title:
Contracts Manager - Surgical Manage work responsibilities on a daily basis with the contracts team Contract Preparation Compliance Review Compliance Reporting Product Kit Process Full responsibility for the management of all contracts.
Development of New Program Contracts which requires interaction with the Marketing, Sales and Legal Departments.
Contract negotiations with Customer, Legal and Sales/Management teams.
Support Customer Service/Sales Operations on all necessary requirements to support Contract requirements.
Training and development of Sales Team on Program and Financial tools.
Qualifications:
College Degree Strong managerial skills and experience to manage and motivate employees Strong verbal and written communication skills are an integral part of this position Financial background and familiarity with accounting controls.
