Rapid Return Agent

Our assists customers by performing the steps necessary in completing rental return transactions.
Addresses the questions and concerns of customers, inspects vehicles for damage and returned fuel levels, and ensures the quality of each rental experience by adhering to the company's customer service standards Essential duties and responsibilities shown below will vary accordingly based on assignment:
Oversees and directs customers and shuttle crews to maintain efficient and safe traffic flow throughout the check in area.
Assists customers by using the hand held Rover check in unit to expedite the rental check in.
Greets each customer by name while engaging them in conversation and acknowledging all customers waiting in line.
Maintains a positive and professional demeanor while listening to customer issues and or concerns.
Communicates with employees at all levels regarding vehicle inventory and availability.

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
Minimum 18 years of age Minimum of 1 year of previous customer service experience Proficient in oral and written English communication along with strong interpersonal skills.
Basic computer skills Ability to maintain a professional demeanor towards customers and associates while creating a positive impression of Avis Budget Group Physical Requirements:
Ability to Stand, Walk and Bend while working in various outdoor weather conditions and carrying up to 5 lbs for a complete shift.
