Human Resources/HR Manager
Our client, a global organization, is seeking a HR Manager with union experience.
Compensation up to 90K plus excellent benefits.
Human Resources Manager o Minimum of Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, Labor Relations or other related fields o Experience with labor relations and HR management, employee relations and the principles, practices and procedures of Human Resources Management in a Union environment.
o Experience with responding to grievances and applying a collective bargaining agreement o Experience in managing in an organized work place, working with union officials and hourly employees o Strong Knowledge of Federal, state employment and wage and hour laws, NLRA o Ability to interpret and analyze collective bargaining agreements, labor and employment regulations; conflict resolution and coaching skills Minimum of 5 years experience within area of expertise Bi-lingual Spanish experience preferred Click here to apply.
