Responsibilities :
Lead RMT efforts around thermal reservoir surveillance Facilitate weekly surveillance sessions with cross-functional team. Drive development planning an
d pattern alignment/remedial activity. Implement and optimize heat management practices to maximize field value. Assist with reserves process Take a lead role in the business planning process Act as mentor for junior engineer's and interns. Qualifications :
oTechnical background with steam flood and CSS LOF project management, KPI development and tracking, and pattern design Experience/aptitude for well/pattern/displacement project surveillance and optimization Ability to lead surveillance sessions in a cross-functional team environment BS Degree in Engineering. Minimum of 10 years experience in the upstream oil and gas industry. Minimum of 3 years experience in Thermal/Heavy Oil Knowledge of reservoir engineering concepts and applications. Knowledge of economic evaluation and business financial metrics. Excellent communication skills. Demonstrated creative and collaborative approach to problem solving. Enjoy a multi-discipline team environment.
