Responsibilities:
Lead the development of software solutions for complex enterprise systems with a focus on business intelligence solutions Lead a team of developers and analysts on ETL (SSIS) and/or other data centric efforts, including offshore resources Conduct or collaborate in requirements, design, test and other reviews for projects Function smoothly with other related disciplines, including Requirements Engineering, Data Analysis, Quality Assurance, Configuration Management, and Project Management Coach, lead and mentor junior developers in specific technologies and tools, software development process and best practices Work with colleagues to characterize and resolve issues

The Microsoft Business Intelligence (MSBI) suite IBM WebSphere IIS (DataStage and QualityStage) SAS Business Intelligence/Data Mining Suite MS SharePoint MS Office Suite TOAD/SSMS SQL Server Oracle XML Preferred Domain Knowledge Insurance industry experience Financial services industry experience Desired Education/
Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience).
5-8 years of IT development experience, 3 or more in ETL and DW/BI Strong Data Warehousing and Business Intelligence experience Strong system and software design skills OLAP, OLTP and visualization design skills Excellent people skills, skilled facilitator, team player Positive learning and working attitude Experience with root cause analysis and continuous quality improvement Ability to present complex information in an understandable and compelling manner Ability and willingness to mentor others Click here to apply.
