Subject matter expert on company plans and policies :
Lead the analysis for health and welfare policy change recommendations that mitigate spend, maintain compliance and market competitiveness; support implementation and integration with impacted stakeholders :
Maintain a working knowledge of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act (PPACA) and other legislative developments; partner with benefits compliance on the application of legislative changes and how to communicate to employees :
Facilitate the contracting process with health care suppliers to ensure compliance with company policies and the Summary of Procedures and Ground Rules :
Develop and maintain partnerships with internal functional areas such as Legal/Compliance, Benefit Operations and Communications to ensure integration and an effective roll:
