Ability to understand SaaS technical architecture of applications and suggest recommendations Acts as a subject matter expert in SFDC application architecture strategy Evaluate all SaaS vendors operational practices, security and system architectures Approves application and system documentation used in design, testing or programming efforts Recommends new technologies and leads the development of new IT standards and processes based on industry standards and best practices Oversees and approves creation and maintenance of application and system documentation used in design, testing or programming efforts Participate in architecture review process Present technical solutions to the service management delivery teams and business leaders.
Hands on configuration, development, design and enablement of capabilities Qualifications BS/ MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Technical Equivalent, applicable certification or equivalent experience 10:
15 years of enterprise level application design/architecture experience, with the most recent five years in SaaS implementations Minimum 2 years hands :
on SFDC experience/ AppExchange apps/ working with cloud Service partners SFDC Administration Essential (ADM201 or CONS201) Certification is a must Mature development practices experience (CMM:
lv3, RUP, etc.
) Expert level knowledge of UML (sequence diagrams, class diagrams, state transition diagrams, activity diagrams, etc.
) Knowledge of Salesforce, sales cloud, service cloud, solution base, content management tools (InQuira), collaboration cloud (chatter), CTI/IVR implementation, Chat on cloud platform is a big plus Skilled at architecting and designing technology solutions using SaaS deployment models.
Excellent written and oral communication skills and demonstrated ability to interact with all technical and non:
