Receptionist / Administrative Assistant

Duties and Responsibilities of the Receptionist / Administrative Assistant include:
Screens guests and calls and maintains executive calendar.
Performs other duties as assigned.
Manage conference room reservations and organize all aspects for meetings.
Assumes responsibility for performing assigned accounting and related clerical support functions.
Verifying the accuracy of invoices and other accounting documents or records.
Prepares letters, memos, customer responses and general correspondence.
Directs customers and others where to obtain information in organization.
Gathers information from various sources to prepare report for self and others.
Develops processes and procedures to improve efficiency of administrative tasks.
Maintains records, files and correspondence in an organized and timely manner.
Completes assigned projects and prepares presentations and spreadsheets.
JOB REQUIREMENTS Requirements of the Receptionist / Administrative Assistant include:
1-3 years of experience in an administrative role.
Bilingual in English and Spanish.
Working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Associates degree or higher preferred.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
