Job Description:
Overview Responsibilities Primary Duties, Include, but are not limited to, the following:
o Review time punch details for team members within their area.
o Monitor team member's hours, breaks, lunch periods and schedules as efficiently as possible to minimize production downtime.
o Inspect equipment area and complete work orders as necessary.
o Responsible for operating computer systems to track quality trends and production activity.
o Coordinate grade activities and people to assure the Pre:
grade fruit quality meets PCA standards.
o Interprets company policies and procedures to team members, works with team members to resolve job problems.
o Ensure team members are trained in the safe, correct and efficient operation of equipment in their area.
o Coach and inspire each member of their area to achieve a higher level of performance.
Be a good role model in the department o Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications High school diploma or GED and at least 1 to 2 years of production environment.
o Speak, read and write in the English language, bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.
o Knowledge of fruit, fruit quality and grade characteristics is a plus but not required.
o Must have advanced computer skills; experience required using Microsoft Windows (i.
e.
Excel and Word).
o Basic mathematical skills required.
Must understand ratios, minimums and maximums and percentages.
o Excellent interpersonal and coaching skills.
o Mechanically inclined preferred Physical Requirement o Able to lift up to 30 lbs.
o Ability to continuously walk up and down stairs.
o Ability to stand/walk for extended periods of time Work Requirements o Must maintain excellent attendance record.
o Must be capable of working on a fast paced production environment.
