Finance Manager, Production - Paramount Citrus (Delano, CA)

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Will organize and reconcile packing house cost accounting reports.

Routine communication with Supervisors relating to financial issues and deliverables.

Calculate labor and material costs and overhead expenditures.
7.
Supervise time and attendance daily procedures.
8.
Input packing house information into accounting data bases on a daily basis.

Strong ability for analytical thinking.
11.
Conducts special studies to develop and establish cost reduction proposals.
12.
Prepare journal entries related to assigned functional responsibilities.
BA/BS degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration and minimum (3) years of experience in an accounting environment, consumer product goods, manufacturing, background preferred.
1.
Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and analytics.
2.
Proven analytical and strategic thinking skills.
3.
Advanced statistical analysis and modeling skills are critical.
4.
Must be highly proficient in Excel (Power User; includes pivot tables, lookups, VB desired) and have ability to use Word, Outlook, PowerPoint and other Microsoft Office products.
5.
Must be a self-starter that is highly motivated and is able to communicate concisely both verbally and in writing.
6.
Demonstrated ability to exercise judgment and make sound decisions.
7.
Must have the ability to holistically balance multiple projects and deadlines.
8.
