The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing the Professional Services operations team.
The operations team is responsible for project provisioning, billing and reporting across all of ACTIVE s markets.
Project provisioning consists of assessing and assigning project resources, distributing hardware and deploying software.
Billing consists of verifying completion of project work and ensuring correct billing information is sent to Accounts Payable.
Reporting consists of maintaining the executive and board of director s dashboards.
In addition to managing the day-to-day operations, the Operations Manager is expected to drive consistency across markets and ensure the operations team capitalizes on economies scale.
The Operations Manager is responsible for managing all Information Systems utilized by the Professional Services department including SalesForce, Oracle EBS, BaseCamp among others.

Local Public Sector, Faith, Youth & Education, Golf & Resorts, Ski & Attractions, Campgrounds, Hunt & Fish and Sports & Endurance Developing and maintaining the KPI s/metrics for the Professional Services organization Ensure internal processes are streamlined to maximize efficiencies thus ensuring that the Lead time component of project provisioning is as low as possible.
Ensure the handoff process from Sales and to Support are smooth and positioned for customer success.
(Activation Time) Support internal Professional Services initiatives as needed.
