Your basic
Responsibilities:
Perform basic administrative tasks - draft documents, copy, scan, file.
Communicate with potential and existing clients in person, by phone and email.
Correspond with providers, and insurance companies via phone, email and fax.
Manage paper and electronic files.
Using software and digital tools for file setup and opening cases.
Maintain and update various Calendar deadlines.
Perform data entry into our Contract Relationship Management (CRM) and Case Management System (CMS) Coordinating client's medical treatment with a network of providers.
Maintaining workflow by assuring prompt and accurate handling of assigned cases.
Providing general support to the handling attorney.
These items are non-negotiable:
You must be available to work and be in the office Monday - Friday, 8:
00am - 5:
00pm.
You must have strong administrative skills and a strong attention to detail.
You must be comfortable working with and learning various computer programs, databases and systems.
You must be reliable, trustworthy and able to maintain strict confidentiality.
You must have aspirations and the ambition to pursue them.

Additional
Qualifications:
Experience with the use of Excel and other Microsoft products.
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred, but not required.
A bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
