General Summary Support DPSI's strategic marketing plan and market leaders.
Create, maintain and strengthen the organization's overall brand through all media avenues.
Essential Job Function 1.
Lead and conduct client and market research/intel for client capture planning and strategy development.
This includes various research to identify project opportunities such as weekly review of lead sources, and review of Capital Improvement Plans (CIPs) and Master Plans to identify project opportunities.

Lead Business Development Tracking and Accountability by tracking leads and opportunities with outcomes and client development.
3.
Facilitate and document actions from monthly BD meetings and market sector meetings with market leaders.
Support market leaders to accomplish goals for their market by facilitating market specific meetings and/or holding teams accountable for commitments.
4.
Manage social media and web content by creating, designing, and publishing social media content, maintaining and updating website content following current DPSI approval process.
Also, prepare monthly social media and web analytics.
5.
Compose new and update existing marketing literature (brochures, press releases, resumes, etc.
) to augment the company's presence in various markets.
6.
Developing monthly internal e-newsletters to update company with new initiatives and projects.
Track and keep current descriptions used to describe projects completed by firm for use in marketing collateral and large proposals.
7.
Marketing Support Activities - Plan, coordinate, implement, and maintain a range of marketing support activities including marketing and client information systems, special events, conferences, client outreach programs, project photography, PR, advertising, and corporate identity.

Utilize Deltek Vantagepoint CRM software to support client relationship strategies and ensure project managers are using software and activity function.
Use software to review analytics for opportunity pipeline and hit rate analysis for purposes of forecasting 9.
Coordinate efforts related to proposal process and schedule for large proposals at the direction of market stakeholders including coordination of interview presentations and coordination with outside subcontractors or prime contractor firms.

Schedule and lead kick-off activities, development of proposal schedule, coordination and maintenance of project tasks, assistance with writing assignments for key team members (internal & external) to ensure a timely delivery of the document.

Ascertain the types of and coordinate all data required for submittal compliance from internal and external sources (sub-consultants), ensuring all information is accurate and provided in a timely manner including the coordination of logistics/production tasks (graphics, covers, tabs, binding, etc.
) Follow up on expectations for deliverables from internal and external contributors.

Conceptualize, research, and produce compelling proposals that differentiate DPSI against the competition.
d.
Conduct comprehensive reviews of Request for Qualifications (RFQs), Request for Proposals (RFPs), and Letters of Interest (LOIs), etc.
for pursuits.
Ability to read and comprehend difficult and sometimes complex material.
Meticulous attention to detail responsible for verifying that every submittal is in compliance with all criteria set forth in the solicitation while ensuring all client questions are appropriately answered.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as advanced proofreading, grammar, spelling and punctuation skills Strong organizational skills, demonstrated ability to multi-task, detail-oriented, and places high value on accuracy Excellent research, and analytical skills Hands-on experience in proposal preparation Organized self-starter skilled in project management to effectively manage workflow, prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Firm grasp on various marketing platforms and best practices, including social, digital, and email marketing High level of creative thinking skills and strategies.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, MS Teams, Etc.
) Working knowledge or above of Adobe Suite - InDesign, Adobe Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop Exemplifies executive presence and is comfortable working with executive leadership team.
Ability to learn about high-level aspects of the firm's projects, the communities it serves and the industry Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals Operate office equipment such as copier, fax machine, scanner, telephone system, etc.
Education and Experience Bachelor's Degree (BA or BS) in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, English, or a similar discipline and 4 or more years of experience; OR 6 or more years of A/E/C industry experience (accepted in lieu of degree).
A/E/C experience preferred.
