Support customers' by providing customers' status on sales orders, inventory requests, or general frequently asked questions.
JOB DUTIES Receive incoming calls and transfer them to the corresponding team members.
Capture incoming leads and document them in CRM.
Prospecting Conduct cold calls, identify opportunities, and document in CRM.
Research prospective clients through media channels and create leads.
Follow up Support Support customers' by being the liaison between departments by following up on customers' orders or requests.
Case management, online and offline.
Social Media Engagement Post content on the company's social media channels that aligns with the marketing campaigns.
