Experience:
o 24 months of role experience is required.
o 12 months of travel experience is required.
o Experience with Cerner is preferred.
Requirements:
o This role may require floating to additional units and locations o Candidates must live at least 50 miles away from this facility in order to be considered a traveler when applying for this role.
o COVID vaccination required for onboarding.
Religious and medical declinations accepted.
o COVID booster required for onboarding.
Religious and medical declinations accepted.

730-4, rotational call after hours Weekend Requirement/Call:
Friday 4 pm through Monday 730 am Holidays:
On-call rotation Types of patients:
Dialysis Cath/IVC/TIPPS/ support CT BX/ various types of patients, no pediatric patients, we do deal with inmate population Types of Equipment:
GE Innova, MedRad Injector, GE Logic Book, Angiojet EMR:
Cerner/Radnet Fluoro cert required RT-R must be ARRT An interview may not be available prior to offer.
Scrub Color:
teal 1 reference from last 12 months (Nurse Manager reference type)1 reference from last 36 months (Any reference type) Certifications:
o BLS (Basic Life Support) o (VI) (Vascular Interventional Radiography) o RT-R (Registered Technologist - Radiology) Skills Checklist:
