- Manage and maintain the executive's Outlook calendar, scheduling appointments and meetings - Assist with proofreading and editing documents for accuracy and clarity - Perform clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing paperwork - Utilize DocuSign to electronically sign and manage important documents - Proficiently use Google Suite to create and edit documents, spreadsheets, and presentations - Provide front desk support by greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries - Deliver exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving issues - Operate phone systems to handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently - Maintain a clean and organized office environment Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficiency in using Microsoft Outlook Calendar for scheduling appointments and meetings - Attention to detail for proofreading and editing documents - Familiarity with clerical tasks such as filing, photocopying, and organizing paperwork - Experience using DocuSign for electronic document management is a plus - Proficiency in using Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides) for creating and editing documents - Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role is preferred - Knowledge of phone systems for handling incoming and outgoing calls This position offers an opportunity to work in a professional office environment where you will provide essential support to the executive.
