As a full-time Administrative Assistant, you will be working closely with office staff, production, and sales.
Although these are but a few of the things you can expect, your day-to-day won't be the same! Accounts Receivable Cash Posting Accounts Payable Processing Local Accounting Support - payroll, invoicing, payment requests, job costing, prevailing wage, and contract management To Be Successful:
Bachelor's degree in business, economics marketing or accounting a plus Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office products including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook Easily adapt to changing situations, work-flow and deadlines Responded to situations is a positive manner and provide good customer service skills Strong organizational skills and good data entry skills Work in a very dynamic environment with deadlines Work independently and as a teammate Ability to travel periodically to branches on the West Coast is a plus Schedule:
