Job Description:
Security Guard Duties:
- Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure the safety and security of the premises - Operate and monitor CCTV cameras and other security equipment - Respond to alarms and investigate disturbances - Enforce access control procedures and verify the identity of individuals entering or exiting the premises - Conduct regular inspections to identify potential security risks or breaches - Report any suspicious activities or incidents to the appropriate authorities - Provide excellent customer service by assisting visitors and addressing their inquiries or concerns - Collaborate with law enforcement agencies as needed - Assist in implementing loss prevention strategies to minimize theft or damage Skills:
- Strong observation and surveillance skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities - Ability to remain calm and composed in stressful situations - Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately - Physical fitness and ability to stand or walk for extended periods of time - Knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and emergency response techniques
