REMOTE DATA ENTRY/ ADMIN ASSISTANT/ CLERKS

We are seeking a friendly and competent clerk to run our front-of-house and complete a range of day-to-day administrative duties.
You will be responsible for answering the telephone and taking messages, greeting clients, data capturing, filing, responding to queries from the public, mailing, and maintaining and updating our database.
The ideal candidate will enjoy interacting with people and have excellent organization and time management skills.
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
