Due to our staggering growth we are looking for talented sales representatives to join our team of established solar professionals!
Job
Responsibilities:
Become an expert in residential/commercial solar
Have the ability to build trust and rapport with prospective customers
Conduct in-home consultations, create a high sense of urgency to act now, and go for the close every time
Exceptional organizational and administrative skills are imperative for post-sale contract completion
Compensation: Commission Based, with our top producers at $250K
annually.
Requirements:
Self-motivated, professional, positive attitude, and high enthusiasm
Willingness to learn - Must be entrepreneurial minded
Professional appearance and effective interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work a variety of hours, including nights and weekends
Valid driver's license with reliable vehicle and insurance
Must pass a background and driving record check

Skills:
2-5 years sales experience preferred (solar, outside sales, B2B, & B2C sales experience a plus )
Bilingual is a plus, but not required
Computer basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and general competency in Internet navigation
