The family law paralegal will work directly with attorney to prepare for upcoming cases, get involved in fact-finding legal projects and be responsible for developing and maintaining an index system for all case files.
Our caseload is around 60-70 active clients and the ideal candidate for this position is organized, professional, loyal, responsible, and committed to helping us meet all of our clients' needs.

Responsibilities- -Work with the family law attorney to prepare/create, pleadings, motions, points and authorities, and declarations for custody cases, guardianships, paternity matters, domestic violence restraining orders and other case filings.
-Develop a case file indexing system that can be used as an active archive for all ongoing and completed cases -Utilize existing files and a variety of other research resources to develop information for pending cases Paralegal Skills/experience requirements- -A minimum of 3 years of family law -Paralegal certified preferred -strong communication and organization abilities -great client relations Additional Compensation:
