Answer phones and route or screen calls in a proficient manner Greet staff, clients, visitors, and vendors in a professional and friendly manner Process incoming and outgoing mail daily, including overnight documents/packages Order office supplies Data Entry, Copying, faxing, and filing.
Word processing and managing spreadsheets QUALIFICATIONS High school diploma or equivalent.
Minimum two years' related experience or training Detail oriented with good time management, organizational, written, verbal, and interpersonal skills Job Type:

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
