Construction Coordinator - Completion Specialist

Overview We are seeking aConstruction Coordinator - Completion Specialistto join our team as a contractor in Bakersfield, CA.
Anticipated duration is 3-6 months, with the possibility to extend.
Responsibilities Collaborate with Project Engineers on scope definition Participate in Constructability Review of all projects with Project Engineers Work with Field Construction Coordinators assigned to specific projects Perform field walks to develop, maintain, and complete work-to-go lists Engage Operations and other stakeholders during construction Assist Project Engineers to assign A/B/C designation to all punch list items Work directly with contractors to build turnover packages/books as construction progresses Coordinate with PEI (Inspection) Group to ensure all hold points are followed, ensure PEI hold points do not delay construction activities Assist other Construction Coordinators with closing out all A/B/C punch list items to deliver timely project completion and turnover Participate as appropriate in daily project update meetings, for projects that are close to completion Provide backup support for other Construction Coordinators as needed Possibility to provide backup support to the Construction Manager as needed Qualifications Previous experience with downstream construction - specifically refinery Shift Typical Day Shift Compensation $65-$70/hr Connect With Us!
