years of experience for an opening in the Bakersfield office.
The ideal candidate will have the following
Experience:
Family Law litigation skills including managing an assigned caseload.
Taking and defending deposition, attending hearings, arbitrations, mediations and tracking billable time.
Must have strong analytical skills, excellent oral and written communication skills, and; Be a highly motivated professional that can take initiative, and work independently as well as within a team.
Requirements:
Family Law litigation experience.
California Bar Membership Extras:
Compensation commensurate with experience.
