Essential Functions:
Completes and prepares customer orders.
Maintains clean working environment and follows safety requirements.
Performs opening and closing duties.
Ensures accurate identification of food through labeling and dating procedures.
Assembles and places food on trays for and delivers trays to customers.
Assists with new employee training and coaching.
Collaborates in implementation of new department policies, new techniques and new instrumentation.
Reviews and updates policies and procedures manuals for the department.
Performs other job-related duties as assigned.
