Your OpportunityWe are currently looking for a California based Hydrogen Regional Program Manager to join our team in the Bakersfield officeAs a senior Engineer or Scientist, you will work with on developing business development and pursuit strategies with an existing team, and working towards growing our business in this exciting and evolving area.
Your Responsibilities Work to develop business development strategies to further Hydrogen work with identified strategic customers Identify and work to develop new customers Develop pursuit plans for upcoming key opportunities Understand and ensure that customer expectations are met or exceeded Establish and maintain positive internal and external stakeholder relationships Development of front end studies, scoping documents, framing documents, etc.
Support development of job-hour estimates, project cost estimates and schedules Support management of project costs, schedule, and quality Coordinate and work as contributing member within a multi-discipline team Your Capabilities and Credentials Energy industry background Business Development strengths Engineering or Science foundation Hydrogen knowledge Commercial awareness Sound problem-solving skills Excellent organizational and communication (written and oral) skills Ability to perform in a dynamic and fast-paced environment Ability to multitask, in both capacities of handling multiple studies/projects, and be able to carry out multiple tasks and scalability within each project Genuine team player who will encourage teamwork with the project team and with other discipline staff High level of initiative and ability to complete tasks on schedule and budget Willingness to go the 'extra mile' to support projects, customers and fellow employees Focused on continuous improvement Focused on providing quality services to the customers in a timely manner Knowledge of project management principles and processes Willingness to travel on occasion (1 to 3 day trips per month) Must have a good driving record and valid Driver's License.
Prior to employment with Stantec, this position will require the successful passing of a drug & alcohol screen Education and ExperienceBachelor's Degree in Engineering or Science with minimum of 12
years of experienceExperience working at engineering and consulting company previously.

The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
