The ideal candidate will have a passion for the HR field and a minimum of one year of experience in an office environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with various HR tasks including but not limited to employee onboarding, offboarding, and file maintenance.
- Handle confidential employee information with discretion and professionalism.
- Assist in the administration of employee benefits and payroll.
- Provide support in scheduling interviews and coordinating recruitment efforts.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation in compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
- Collaborate with HR team members to ensure smooth operations and timely completion of tasks.
Requirements:
- Minimum of one year experience working in an office environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Willingness to learn and grow in the HR field.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
