Manager will reside in property.

Collect rent Inspect property and arrange maintenance worker(s) to meet property standards.
Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants, by being respectful and professional at ALL TIMES.
Accomplish financial goals and report periodically to supervisor on financial performance.
Required Skills:
Know in-depth knowledge of all rules and regulations surrounding property management.
Well organized, and excellent time management skills.
Comprehends property management and its financial aspects.
Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills.
