Lead Agricultural Technician

We are currently in search of a highly proficient Lead Agricultural Technician with a minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience in conducting service repairs, with a specialization in CASE IH, New Holland, and/or John Deere equipment. The ideal candidate should demonstrate expertise in performing basic repairs and essential maintenance tasks using specialized tools and equipment, meticulously following Technical Manual procedures. RELOCATION IS REQUIRED.

Responsibilities:


  • Perform service repairs on a diverse range of agricultural equipment, with expertise in CASE IH and John Deere.
  • Carry out basic repairs and regular maintenance procedures using specialized tools and equipment, adhering strictly to Technical Manual guidelines.
  • Exhibit comprehensive knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems crucial to the repair process.
  • Utilize background knowledge in Ag/Farming (helpful but not mandatory) to improve repair and maintenance protocols.
  • Operate Service Advisor software and demonstrate basic computer proficiency to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Utilize vehicles and equipment for diagnostic purposes, ensuring precise and thorough assessments.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in service repairs, focusing on CASE IH, New Holland, and/or John Deere equipment.
  • Proven capability to execute basic repairs and maintenance procedures according to Technical Manual specifications.
  • Sound understanding of mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems pertinent to the agricultural repair industry.
  • Familiarity with Ag/Farming practices is advantageous but not obligatory.
  • Proficiency in using Service Advisor software and basic computer functions.
  • Ability to operate vehicles and equipment for diagnostic purposes.
  • Must have experience with combine technology.
