General Dentist - Daily Guarantee or 30% of Collections

1099/W2 Candidates Welcome!
We are seeking a General Dentist to join our group on a full-time permanent basis. The group provides comprehensive dentistry for patients of all ages to maintain healthy, beautiful smiles with the high-quality care in a relaxed atmosphere. They provide a list of family and cosmetic dental services including Exams and Cleanings, Periodontal Care, Dental Implants, Cosmetic Veneers and many more!
Compensation and Benefits
- $800 to $1,000 daily guarantee or 30% of collections (whichever is greater)
- Potential to earn $420k
yearly due to high patient volume
- Sign-on bonus / Relocation assistance available (negotiable)
- 50% paid Health insurance after 30 days and 401k
- Malpractice insurance covered if under TDIC insurance
- Partnership eligibility option
- Full support staff
Schedule
- Mon, Tues, Thur and Fri:
8am to 5pm
- Wed:
8am to 5pm or 10am to 7pm
- Saturdays (optional):
8am to 5pm
- 10 to 15 patients per day
- Patient Demographic:
Adults and some children
Requirements
- Active California Dental license or willing to obtain
- 2
years experience
