Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive dermatological care to patients, including diagnosis, treatment, and management of various skin conditions.
- Perform Mohs surgeries and other dermatological procedures as needed.
- Maintain a high level of patient volume, seeing approximately 40-50 patients per day.
- Build strong patient relationships through excellent communication and bedside manner.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals within the practice to ensure comprehensive patient care.
Minimum Requirements:
- Board certification in dermatology.
- Demonstrated experience in both medical and cosmetic dermatology, with a preference for a 50/50 split.
- Experience performing Mohs surgeries is highly preferred.
- Ability to handle a high patient volume while maintaining quality care.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to connect with patients.
- Willingness to work full-time, including some Saturdays.
Compensation:
- Compensation package includes a base salary plus 45% of collections.
- Total compensation ranges from $350,000 to $450,000, with end-of-year bonus potential.
