Summary:
IMPACT Resource Group(IRG) is the premier supplier of assembly, repair and merchandising services for the retail industry.
In addition to our long standing relationship retailers establish their reputations as quality merchants by and assembly services.
FIELD TEAM LEAD The primary focus of this position is to complete projects (both alone and as the lead employee of a multi-employee team) as assigned.
This position is responsible for all aspects of project completion that includes instructions.
The actual job responsibilities will vary for each project work for the Install Lead position.

Primary Job
Responsibilities:
Review each the work.
Participate in any perform the work.
Check in with store management upon arrival and discuss work to be performed.
Locate all materials needed to execute the project.
Complete specific project tasks such as:
Assemble and install fixtures and displays; Set up and reconfigure products in accordance with plan-o-grams or schematics; and Assist other team members with assigned tasks.
Discuss any issues that arise during project execution with store management.
Maintain a positive working relationship with all store employees and customers.
Review all work performed and ensure that all project tasks have been completed.
Take any and all required pictures using Company supplied Digital Camera and report laptop.
Walk the completed project with store management and obtain approval.
Sync Company Ensure that other team members arrive on time and immediately report any arrival issues to your Service Coordinator.
Ensure that each project team member is working in an efficient and organized manner.
Supervise each project member's adherence to all Company policies.
Develop positive working relationships between all team members.
Communicate any performance issues of any team member promptly to your District Manager.
Requirements Must be able to read and understand plan-o-grams.
Must be able to read and understand basic wiring schematics and instructions.
Must complete internal certification programs Must have basic carpentry skills.
Must have good computer skills, including basic MS Windows skills.
Must have good communication and customer service skills.
Must have good presentation skills.
Prior installation experience a plus.
Must have prior experience leading or managing a team Must be 18 years or older.
Must have reliable transportation.
driver's license and automobile insurance.
Must have daily internet access.
Must have basic tools.
Must be able to work in various positions, including, but not limited to, stooping, standing, bending over, sitting, kneeling and squatting for extended periods of time.
Must be able to use hands and fingers to handle feel or operate objects, tools or controls.
Must be able to lift, pull and push materials and equipment to complete assigned job tasks.
Must be able to lift 50 pounds of weight frequently throughout assigned workday.
Must be able to descend ladders.
