Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Ability to perform mathematical calculations such as addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, and percentages. Knowledge of cash handling procedures including cashier accountability and deposit control. Ability to perform cash register functions. Effective interpersonal and oral & written communication skills. Knowledge of and willingness to comply with company policies and procedures as outlined in the Standard Operating Procedures manual, Employee Handbook, and company communications. Ability and willingness to obtain required certifications in food handling. Work Experience &/or Education: High school diploma or equivalent. Six months to one year of retail clerk experience. Previous lead experience and/or grocery store experience preferred. Attainment of required local and state food handling certifications, if applicable. Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
