Acquisition Associate - Waypoint Homes (Bakersfield, CA)
Responsibilities:
Pursues and successfully closes on acquisition opportunities through the company s retail channel Develops market expertise in assigned territory for factors that materially affect our investment program (home values, rents, desired home characteristics, population demographics, area desirability on a street-by-street basis) Builds relationships with listing agents, lenders and other potential opportunity sources Coordinates efforts of Transaction Specialists and Acquisitions Analysts
Qualifications:
Ability to act as a change agent with a proven track record of process improvement, complex problem solving and follow through Excellent organizational and communication skills; sets a personal example of clear and concise communication with team members at all levels of the organization Ability to work with mathematical concepts Salesforce.
