Responsibilities may include:
Daily focus on operating safely in the office and while traveling.
Problem Resolution Manage and resolve customer concerns and issues in a timely and effective manner.
Interface with internal support groups creating strong working relationships & efficiencies.
Collaborate with C&CS CSRs to resolve customer inquiries.
Sales & Account Management Activities Accountable for branded aviation customer activities with a regional and/or national presence.
Develop & cultivate key customer & industry relationships through timely and in-person meetings.
Conduct in-depth business reviews with existing customers.
Make sales calls to meet prospective customers utilizing Sales Force Excellence sales process.
Maximize territory execution & participation in branded programs.
Management of and accountable for customer s full contract compliance.
Respond to RFPs, develop & present supply/branding proposals to existing and prospective customers.
Negotiate and recommend contract renewals and terminations to internal management.
Responsible for existing and prospective customer sales and growth within territory.
Business Strategies & Project Management Assist in developing long term strategies for the General Aviation business & in executing the plan.
Participate in the development and implementation of strategic branded marketing & image plans.
Recommend pricing strategy changes that maximize P66 financial results.
Influence and inspire others to accomplish challenging goals.
Represent sales organization by participating on initiative teams as needed.
Financials Optimize revenues and expenses with P&L responsibility, including travel & entertainment budget.
Evaluate new and prospective opportunities utilizing General Aviation economic model.
Qualifications Basic/Required:
Legally authorized to work in the United States Education - High School Diploma or GED/equivalent Experience - 3
years sales experience Industry & Business Experience - 1
years of experience in Marketing, Pricing, Transportation, or Commercial operations Negotiating Skills - Experience negotiating with customers or business partners while building strong, trusting relationships Organizational Skills - Proficient in prioritizing and managing multiple tasks/issues simultaneously Sales & Customer Relations - 3
years of experience demonstrating the ability to positively interact with internal/external customers and establish relationships Project Management - Experience in managing multiple projects or initiatives & meeting deadlines Systems - Proficient with PC applications, MS Office applications, CRM and data management; able to gather and interpret data from multiple systems Travel - Must be willing to travel extensively within assigned region and/or nationally Preferred:
Education - Bachelor's degree Industry/Business Experience - 5
