Certified HVAC (Kern County)
Certified HVAC & Maintenance Technician needed (Bakersfield) Must be able to properly troubleshoot air conditioning and heating units as well as do general maintenance for apartments.
Also be able to add freon to a/c units, change out motors etc when required.
We are looking for someone who has a no matter what it takes to get it done attitude and willing to work both HVAC and Maintenance as needed.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
