Retail Store Associate Tracking Code 2593 Job Description Plays a key role in store sales, service and retention programs in the store by consulting with customers and influencing the purchase and selection of goods and/or services.
Completes sales transactions and directs and follows up with product information, delivery, and installation services.
Plays a key role in account management, account collection, order entry and division logistics.
Maintains store appearance standards and stocking and/or restock merchandise.
Reports to the Store Manager, but acts as manager in the absence of either the store manager or assistant manager.

Shipping/Deliveries Inventory Stocking and General Housekeeping Customer Relationship Management with Key/Major Accounts Cash Reconciliation and bank deposits Credit Account Collection Activities Load and Unload Trucks Maintains store appearance standards and stocking and/or restock merchandise Other related duties and responsibilities as required or assigned Required Skills Education:
High School or Equivalent Physical Requirements Heavy lifting (Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
) No significant travel / local travel only Required Experience Must have 2
years of direct customer service / retail experience (office supply, paper distribution, other related) Computer skills a must, particularly Microsoft Office and Windows.
