The Southwest Campus located at 400 Old River Road, Bakersfield, CA 93311 was built in 1992 and is the only acute care hospital in Bakersfield west of the 99 Freeway.

In 2009, the Orthopedic and Hand Center opened offering comprehensive orthopedic services to the community.
