Desired qualifications include:
Minimum 3 years community management experience preferred Excellent supervisory skills and experience.
Strong communication, problem-solving and people skills are a must.
Must be knowledgeable of laws and procedures pertaining to property management.
Requires a flexible person who is well organized, good with details and follow up.
Must be able to work independently Excellent problem solving and customer service skills required Good computer skills Must love working with people and able to work in a fast paced environment Must have an available vehicle, current driver's license and auto insurance CCAM preferred Thank you for your interest in the position.
