Retail District Manager

The District Manager will:
o Manage and motivate a team of employees to achieve excellence in training, relationship building and assisted sales at retail o Ensure that new hire orientations and online training modules are completed o Interview potential new hires as needed o Establish and maintain business relationships between store management and clients in order to effectively execute program objectives o Working closely with the Regional Manager and communicating regularly regarding reporting and tracking performance metrics to goal o Expense control and adherence to all company policies o Ensuring that all program initiatives (weekly and ongoing) are properly prioritized by the field representatives o Administrative maintenance of personnel roster, scheduling, payroll, etc.
Qualifications o Bachelor's Degree is preferred with three or more years of experience in a retail management, field sales/merchandising organization or related field o Decision-making skills and the ability to reason and take action in resolving problems while exhibiting professional sound judgment o Leadership skills and the ability to build morale and motivate field based teams to achieve program goals and objectives o Effective presentation skills along with strong verbal and written communication and the ability to state issues in a concise, solution driven manner o Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills o Outgoing professional personality with the ability to build relationships quickly o Reliable daily transportation to travel within your district o Regular travel required within the respective district o Excel skills should include but are not limited to:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
