Company Description Job Description The General Manager reports to a five-member volunteer Board of Directors, with nine direct department head reports and support staff.
Recreation Department offers sport leagues and programs for community members of all ages, and there are over 35 special interest clubs and five Board Advisory Committees.
Position includes management of Architectural Control Committee, Facilities Maintenance Department, and capital/reserve fund project management.
Coordinate $6 million annual operations budget, $1 million reserve fund capital projects annually, and 170 community employees.
Interviews will commence immediately, and the desire is that this position will be filled within 30 to 45 days.
