Assistant General Manager - Garden & Lawn
A privately owned catalog Company. Sells garden & lawn supplies & organic products.
Responsibilities:
Assist GM in day-to-day activities and management for Rose prod farming and growing. Oversee daily inventory, shipping, order fills, crop spray, scheduling of general farming operations, Handle Budget and forecasting.
Oversee goals and objectives of 42 full-time employees. Identify new opportunities.
Education:
Degree Preferred
Experience:
At least 4-yrs related exp. in farming, horticulture with progressive managerial responsibilities.
Prefer in depth skills in Marketing, Finance, Sales, Operations, R&D.
Must be decision maker, negotiator, & leader with good oral and written skills. plus Strong Communicator.
