Special Response Officers will be trained at all sites within their assigned area.
Shift & Hours:
Must have 24/7 availability; rotating schedules will be provided weekly.

No uniform costs or maintenance fees!JOB DESCRIPTIONThe Special Response Officer (Flex Officer) position requires a mostly open schedule, and picks up shifts around the valley based on vacations, leave of absences, or call-offs.
SRO's will be assigned to train at multiple locations in the Tulare and Visalia areas.
Must be willing to drive up to 25-30 miles to any given job siteGuaranteed weekly (sometimes rotating) schedulesShifts of 8 - 12 hours at timesAble to accept last-minute assignments due to call-offs or No Call No ShowsMust feel comfortable using different levels of technology; willingness to learn proprietary applications as neededMust be able to comprehend and recall post expectations for each locationAbility to create accurate activity and incident reports as neededAbility to observe, survey, report and respond to critical situations while on any given propertyAbility to multi-task a must as some job sites are very busy while others are slower pacedAbility to meet all physical demands of each site which may include long periods of sitting, standing and walkingQUALIFICATIONSQualifications specific to this client site include, but are not limited to:
A valid California BSIS Guard Card is required.
40 hours of BSIS training is preferred but can be obtained during the onboarding process.
A valid driver's license is required.
A valid CPR certification is preferred, but may be obtained prior to hire.
At least 21 years of age or older as required by applicable law or contractual requirements.
General Qualifications to work in physical security at GardaWorld include:
Possess at least a high school education or equivalent (GED).
Pass an extensive screening process including background check and pre employment drug screen.

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
