This Asset Manager Executive Position Features:

Immediate need for asset manager seeking a great collaborative working culture.
The Asset Management Executive operates at a level beyond the traditional role of a Property Manager.
Whereas a property manager is focused on best practice, the Asset Manager works to find new ways of doing things to achieve outstanding results for the company's clients.
Purpose of RoleThis will involve applying experience and confidence to new and unusual situations.
The Asset Management Executive is also tasked with supporting the property associate.
The Asset Manager Executive mentors and guides the most junior members of the asset management team, inducting them into the profession.
By doing so, the Asset Management Executive fulfills the foundation role for the company's goal of recruiting and developing new talent.
Qualifications and ExperiencePreferred - California Real Estate Agent or Broker License3 years of team management or property management experiencePersonal Attributes-Is highly organized with excellent time management skills-Has exceptional people skills with a client and customer service focus-Displays a high level passion for resolving conflict and disputes-Has the desire to share knowledge through mentoring and training-Has a proactive approach to systems and procedures-Exhibits an exceptional work ethic-Has a deep understanding of the importance of the team and the individual's Please forward your resume for immediate review.
