The best type of paint to use is ReMARKable(TM) Tintable Base Paint. - 1 Gallon, covers between 200 to 300 square feet - Superior adhesion to virtually any surface - Quick drying - Tintable with up to 4oz per gallon, of Universal Colorants - Warm Water clean up - Thin with H20 up to 10% The best practice is to calculate enough product to apply two coats in order to achieve opaque, solid coverage. Use a roller made for smooth surfaces such as 1/4" nap for base paint, allowing approximately 4 hours between coats. Do not use the same roller for base paint and whiteboard paint. Wait a minimum of 24 hours to apply ReMARKable(TM) Whiteboard paint after the final base paint coat is applied.
