Piano Lessons in Bakersfield, CA

Thank you for looking at this ad. I want to start off by saying, that after playing the piano for approximately eight years, I've discovered that what makes a pianist sound the best is when they have passion for what they are doing. From experience, I know that sometimes it can be difficult to find that passion after working on a certain song for so long. I also know, however, that after learning and working so hard on it, there is almost nothing as satisfying as playing that same exact song. This will be one of my number one goals when I teach your child; not only to teach them how to play, but also to encourage their own passion.

There are a two reasons I have decided to teach: 1) I would love to do something with the knowledge that I've learned from my own piano teachers and 2) I am beginning college at CSUB in the fall and will be using the money to pay for the expenses. Each lesson will cost $20, which typically lasts for half an hour. The piano books will cost $15 for the entry level. I would be happy to work with the ones you may have, but if not, I will be using Alfred's Basic Piano Library. The first lesson will be free to determine if you would like to continue on with me. Please feel free to contact me with any questions you have.
